Cielo Abierto Café, based in Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico, is responsible for the handling of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
What data do we collect? Name, email, phone number, delivery address and, if applicable, your company's information. Payment data is processed directly by our payment platforms; we do not store card numbers.
What do we use it for? To process and ship your order, follow up and provide support, issue your tax invoice if you request one, and — only if you opt in — send you news and promotions.
Who do we share it with? Only with the parties that make your purchase possible: shipping carriers and payment processors. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your ARCO rights. You can request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection regarding the handling of your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@cieloabiertocafe.com. We will respond within 20 business days at most.

Changes. Any change to this notice will be posted on this same page.
Products. We sell coffee grown and roasted by us in Coatepec, Veracruz. As a natural, seasonal product, small variations in color and cup profile can occur between batches — that's normal and part of working with real coffee.
Prices. All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. We may update them without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect when you confirm your order.
Orders. Your purchase is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of stock or an obvious pricing error, with a full refund.
Freshness. We roast in batches. Your coffee is prepared and packed as close as possible to the ship date so it arrives freshly roasted.
Invoicing. If you need an invoice, request it within the same month as your purchase by writing to info@cieloabiertocafe.com with your tax ID certificate.
Intellectual property. The brand, logo, text and images on this site belong to Cielo Abierto Café and may not be used without written permission.
Coverage. We ship within Mexico through established carriers.
Timing. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. It can take a bit longer during peak seasons.
Cost and free shipping. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders from $999 MXN. On subscriptions, shipping is charged on each delivery unless the order reaches $999 MXN.
Tracking. As soon as your package ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow it.
Damaged or incorrect product. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, write to us within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We'll replace it or refund you, no hassle.
Returns. Because this is a food product, we do not accept returns of coffee that has already been opened, except in the cases of damage or error noted above. Unopened products can be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Delivery details. Please double-check your address when you order. Reshipments caused by an incorrect address carry an additional cost.
